We ship to the 48 contiguous states.

We offer free shipping on sticker purchases. Orders of $100 or more can also get free shipping by using our discount code SHIPSFREE.

We do our best to fulfill orders within 2 business days, but there may be delays in transit that are out of our control. You will receive a notification when orders are shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing our products. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with any original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • please email customer service at sales@jaspermercantile.com to explain the reason for your return. If your item is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  •  mail the the item plus the RMA form to the following address: Jasper Mercantile, Attn: Returns, PO Box 652  Jasper, AR 72641

REFUNDS:

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. In the case of refunds, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
